We believe that change happens smarter and faster if we innovate together and that if we align our efforts, share our costs, and are generous with our knowledge - the overall impact will be much greater.

Towards that mission and with that belief, Elements was founded as a joint city development project between entrepreneurs Patrick Mesterton and Ola Ahlvarsson, and AMF Fastigheter to make Stockholm more innovative, attractive, and sustainable.

On Jakobsbergsgatan 24, at the heart of Stockholm’s innovation district, the old historic building has been carefully restored into a modern and forward-thinking work environment.

A collaboration space for discussing and solving today’s most pressing questions for a sustainable future on all societal levels. Members of Elements are offered 13.500 sqm of flexible workspaces, 1.500 sqm of creative event spaces, and innovation clusters.
